Wow, you started off with such a hard question. Why not something like "What is your favorite color?" or "What did you have for breakfast?" :D
It is strange for me to think about the ideal future of humanity because, when I consider our own mortality, everything just seems pointless. Regardless, I think the ideal future of humanity is not a "perfect world", but a more fair world that gives everybody a chance to work hard and be properly compensated for it. A world that everybody can actually feel like they belong to. That's all that comes to mind right now.
