A suggestion!

The song works well as a high score board song.

However, the inclusion of the voice at the beginning would loop over and over again with the song, and that would get annoying.

I would suggest removing it, and offering it as a separate sound file to anyone who wants to use this in their game. That way they can make it only play once in their game.

Flalaski responds:

yeah, I thought it might be too. good idea! I'll add that to my comment.

Thanks!

Cool!

It has quite a bit of energy to it! Makes me think that this is a fusion of sorts between your new stuff and your older songs.

SineRider responds:

yeah it is a bit quick for my usual style 140bpm ;) This is almost like an abridge version because my entry has to be 3 minutes or under, so I cut out some of the repetition.

By the way, I've been using your new tunes to sleep every night, great stuff ;D

Hmm...

So you made a digital draft for a song you plan to perform later with real instruments? An interesting idea. The song in this form is not bad, and I could definitely see it being used in a retro-style game.

Flalaski responds:

yup hehe. i actually wrote it in real life first, then remade it with drums and junk. would likeit in a game! should master it first huh. thanks!

I certainly get the vibe!

As I listened to this, I did get the feeling that I was observing the surface of a planet that, at one point was teeming with life, but is now empty.

The melody carries this song well, and the fact that you didn't do something cliche' like going into some sort of beat or drum loop helps this song stand out to me.

Kudos,

Kogasu responds:

Oh, hehe I am absolutely horrible with beats to the point that I barely use them LOL! I'm not too fond of beats in music like this either it's why I like ambient music because it can have these nice melodies and no beats to change the mood or the feeling of them. I'm glad you liked it. Thank you for your review!

Certainly a unique specimen!

While there is not much in the way of an actual melody, it does provide a unique and interesting sound-scape. It does seem kind of unfinished, though. As it is, however, I find it very relaxing. It is mellow in the way that most songs on NG are not.

For that, you have my attention. I will be sure to visit your other works.

Kogasu responds:

Well thank you for your review! Yes, it was only a piece of a longer song....but well the song as a whole is absolutely horrible..... this is what I would consider the only somewhat DECENT part of it. I'm glad you at least find it relaxing. :D

Interesting, literally!

This, to me, is the barest notion song by standard definition, but it is a fascinating sound-scape! I certainly feel elevated now!

It does give me some ideas, though. Would you mind if I used this in a future song? I would credit you, of course.

Flalaski responds:

sure, go nuts! i can only imagine what you'd do with this :D

thanks!

Heh, Sounds Nice!

I like it. It has a particularly interesting vibe to it.

I am assuming that isn't your singing, though, is it?

K-POW responds:

thanks!

No it isn't me singing, actually I am not sure who is singing - the original song is Morgan Page - The Longest Road though. :)

I do too, mate!

Interesting song. I can definitely hear the relation to some of C418's music, although this is a lot more chaotic.

I do enjoy the ambiance this creates, but I think I would have preferred somewhat more of a melody in a song with this style. Nevertheless, nice work.
5/5, 9/10 downloaded.

Thanks very much, this is a very insightful review!

I like, I like!

This song boasts quite a vivid atmosphere! It kind of reminds me of a softer AloysiusRexford.

I do feel like it ought to have a real ending of some kind, though.

K-POW responds:

Thanks for the kind review!

yeah, I know.. this project is unfinished really.. I will make it to a full song someday though, when the time is right, hehe :)

I like!

All of your recent work has that same touch of professionalism. All of them are worth at least a listen to! Though, I must say my favorite song of yours is still bipolar reflection, and I am wondering what happened to those types of songs...

Anti-Citizen responds:

I'm just not that into ambient anymore. The sort of stuff i make now is the sort of stuff i listen to right now. :) thx for the score! :D
