I think it fit the game well enough. However, I think it would benefit if you turn the bass down every once in a while to let the other instruments shine. That would really help to increase its replay value.

Great buildup, excellent progression, superb instrumentation.

I wish I had more to say.

Song is solid, well put together, and has a nice melody. However, I find myself wishing it were less repetitive, as it stays in the same chorus line throughout the entire song.

Good start! Keep it up!

Mmmmyes...

Not often I see a voice acting reel that has a story to it. Definitely up my alley. I quite like your range.

I'll keep you in mind, I will.

TheShii responds:

Thanks a lot :) the script just sort of happened as I was writing. Started out as just random lines but then they sort of fell in together so went with it haha

Personally, I thought it was quite good throughout.

It definitely fits the title, and is fairly creative to boot! Boy, have standards for the Audio Portal gone up since I first got here!

AlphaHero responds:

You really think so? ^^ haha, thanks for the listen! :)

Very interesting melody.

I see you've written some lyrics in the description. Any particular reason they aren't in the song?

A quite alright piece.

Solidly put together, good demonstration of mixing and drumwork. Seems fairly standard fare, though it would definitely work in a platforming Castlevania style game.

LexRodent responds:

Thanks for reviewing man.
Castlevania games are indeed part of the inspiration for this.

I very much liked the jazziness.

It felt like the tempo wasn't consistent, which actually added to this song's appeal for me. The ending was a treat as well.

Azhthar responds:

Yep, I´m quite happy somebody got the experiment with the tempo. Tried o give this track a bit more life since there isn´t that much dynamic range.

Well, this is certainly a song. Yep, quite the song.

I liked it, although I feel like it spent too long in the 'climactic' portion. I suppose that's just how the genre is though, isn't it?

It would definitely fit well in some kind of action-space-shooter game.

I'm still very much digging your musical style here.

My only concern is that, due to the way the volume fluctuates between beats, the song is a bit less fluid than the title would suggest.

"We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of the dreams."
